These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Render Studios LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1 Service Scope
Render Studios LLC provides the following digital services:
- Custom Web Design & Development: Hand-coded, responsive websites built without templates or page builders.
- AI Chatbot Solutions: Custom conversational AI for customer support, lead generation, and automation.
- Voice Assistant Integration: AI-powered voice solutions for phone and web applications.
- Workflow Automation: Integration with third-party platforms (Zapier, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
All project scopes, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in a separate project proposal or statement of work agreed upon before work begins.
2 Intellectual Property
Client Ownership
Upon receipt of final payment, you own 100% of all custom code, designs, and assets created specifically for your project. This includes HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and any custom graphics created for your website.
Render Studios Retains
We retain the right to use general techniques, methodologies, and non-proprietary code patterns in future projects. We may also display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Third-Party Assets
Third-party libraries, fonts, and assets (e.g., Google Fonts, open-source libraries) remain subject to their respective licenses. We will provide documentation of all third-party resources used in your project.
3 Payment Terms
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required before work begins on any project.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final files are transferred.
- Late Payments: Invoices unpaid for more than 30 days may incur a 1.5% monthly late fee.
4 Revisions & Scope Changes
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as defined in your proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original agreement may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and approved before implementation.
5 Limitation of Liability
Important: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Render Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question. We are not responsible for any third-party services, hosting providers, or API outages beyond our control.
6 Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If you terminate before completion, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
