These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Render Studios LLC ("Render Studios," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our web design, AI automation, and related services.

By engaging our services, submitting a project request, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

Render Studios provides the following services:

  • Web Design & Development: Custom website design, development, and deployment

  • AI Chatbot Integration: Custom AI-powered chatbots using platforms such as Voiceflow

  • Voice AI Agents: Automated voice systems for customer service and lead management

  • Workflow Automation: Integration and automation of business processes

  • Tool Integrations: Connection of third-party platforms (Stripe, CRM systems, analytics, etc.)

  • SEO Optimization: Search engine optimization services

  • Monthly Maintenance: Optional ongoing website maintenance and support

  • Custom Solutions: Tailored digital solutions as agreed upon in project scope

All services are provided on a project basis unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

3. PACKAGES & PRICING

3.1 Service Packages

Render Studios offers three primary service packages:

The Launchpad ($500)

  • 5 professional pages

  • Mobile-responsive design

  • SEO optimization

  • Contact form integration

  • Google Analytics setup

  • 30-day post-launch support

The Digital Engine ($900)

  • All features of The Launchpad

  • Custom AI chatbot integration (24/7 support)

  • Lead capture and qualification

  • Automated customer responses

  • Stripe payment integration (if applicable)

  • Extended support (60 days post-launch)

Custom Solutions (Custom Pricing)

  • Pricing determined based on project scope

  • Advanced web applications

  • Custom integrations

  • Scalable architecture

  • Ongoing maintenance options

3.2 À La Carte Services (Digital Toolbox)

Individual services are available at custom pricing based on complexity and scope. Contact support@renderstudios.io for quotes.

3.3 Additional Costs

Pricing does not include:

  • Domain registration fees

  • Third-party hosting fees (if applicable)

  • Premium third-party plugins, fonts, or stock assets

  • Additional revisions beyond agreed scope

  • Ongoing maintenance (unless purchased separately)

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Payment Structure

For Fixed-Price Projects:

  • 50% deposit is required before work begins

  • 50% final payment is due upon project completion and before final delivery

For Custom Projects:

  • Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal

  • Payment plans may be available upon request

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via:

  • Stripe (credit/debit cards)

  • Bank transfer

  • Other methods as agreed upon

4.3 Late Payments

  • Final deliverables will not be released until full payment is received

  • Accounts overdue by 30+ days may be subject to a late fee of 5% per month

  • Render Studios reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment

4.4 Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced

  • If you cancel after work begins, you will be charged for work completed at our standard hourly rate ($50/hour)

  • Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of service failure

5. PROJECT TIMELINE & DELIVERY

5.1 Estimated Timelines

  • The Launchpad: 5-7 business days

  • The Digital Engine: 7-10 business days

  • Custom Solutions: Timeline specified in project proposal

5.2 Timeline Dependencies

Timelines are estimates and depend on:

  • Timely client feedback and approvals

  • Receipt of all required content (text, images, branding assets)

  • Scope remaining unchanged

  • No technical complications beyond our control

5.3 Client Responsibilities

To meet project timelines, clients must:

  • Provide all required content within 48 hours of request

  • Respond to revision requests within 3 business days

  • Provide clear, consolidated feedback

  • Make timely payments per agreed schedule

5.4 Project Delays

If client delays exceed 30 days due to lack of feedback or content, Render Studios reserves the right to:

  • Close the project and retain all payments made

  • Charge additional fees to resume work

6. REVISIONS & SCOPE CHANGES

6.1 Included Revisions

  • The Launchpad: Up to 2 rounds of revisions

  • The Digital Engine: Up to 3 rounds of revisions

  • Custom Solutions: Revisions as specified in proposal

6.2 Scope Changes

Changes to the original project scope will be:

  • Documented in writing

  • Subject to additional fees

  • May extend project timeline

6.3 Revision Guidelines

  • Revisions must be requested in writing via email

  • Each "round" of revisions includes multiple feedback items submitted together

  • Requests submitted separately count as additional rounds

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP

7.1 Client Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns:

  • The final website files and code

  • Custom graphics created specifically for the project

  • Content provided by the client

7.2 Render Studios Rights

Render Studios retains:

  • The right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies

  • Ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and code libraries used in development

  • The right to reuse general techniques and methodologies

7.3 Third-Party Assets

Some projects may include:

  • Premium fonts, stock images, or plugins requiring separate licenses

  • Open-source software subject to their respective licenses

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining these licenses

7.4 Pre-Payment Ownership

Until final payment is received, all work product remains the property of Render Studios.

8. SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE

8.1 Included Support

  • The Launchpad: 30 days of technical support post-launch

  • The Digital Engine: 60 days of technical support post-launch

Support includes:

  • Bug fixes related to our work

  • Technical assistance with website functionality

  • Minor content updates (at our discretion)

8.2 Post-Support Period

After the included support period:

  • Hourly support available at $50/hour

9. WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS

9.1 Our Warranties

Render Studios warrants that:

  • Services will be performed in a professional manner

  • Websites will function as described at time of delivery

  • Work will be free from defects in workmanship for 30 days post-delivery

9.2 Disclaimers

Render Studios does NOT warrant:

  • Specific business results, revenue, or conversion rates

  • Website ranking or search engine performance

  • Compatibility with future browser/device updates without maintenance

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation after client modifications

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

10. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

10.1 Content & Materials

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, legal, and non-infringing content

  • Obtaining necessary permissions for images, text, and other materials

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

10.2 Backups

After project delivery, clients are responsible for:

  • Maintaining regular backups of their website

  • Securing their hosting environment

  • Updating plugins and software

10.3 Compliance

Clients must ensure their website complies with:

  • Privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

  • Accessibility standards (if required)

  • Industry-specific regulations

11. CONFIDENTIALITY

11.1 Mutual Confidentiality

Both parties agree to:

  • Keep confidential information private

  • Not disclose sensitive business information to third parties

  • Use confidential information only for the project

11.2 Exceptions

Confidentiality does not apply to:

  • Information that is publicly available

  • Information independently developed

  • Information required to be disclosed by law

12. TERMINATION

12.1 Termination by Client

Clients may terminate services by providing written notice to support@renderstudios.io.

Upon termination:

  • Client is responsible for payment for all work completed

  • Work completed to date will be billed at $50/hour or percentage of fixed price

  • Deposits are non-refundable

12.2 Termination by Render Studios

We may terminate services if:

  • Client breaches these Terms

  • Payment is not received per agreed schedule

  • Client is unresponsive for 30+ days

  • Client requests illegal or unethical work

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • All outstanding invoices become immediately due

  • Client must cease use of any incomplete work

  • Render Studios will provide completed work upon receipt of payment

13. INDEMNIFICATION

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Render Studios from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Content provided by the client

  • Client's use of the delivered website

  • Client's breach of these Terms

  • Client's violation of any laws or third-party rights

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Informal Resolution

Before pursuing legal action, parties agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting support@renderstudios.io.

14.3 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14.4 Small Claims Court

Either party may pursue claims in small claims court if they qualify.

15. GENERAL PROVISIONS

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any project proposals or statements of work, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

15.2 Modifications

Render Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at renderstudios.io/terms-of-service with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

15.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

15.4 Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

15.5 Assignment

Client may not assign these Terms without written consent. Render Studios may assign these Terms to any successor or affiliate.

15.6 Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, etc.).

  • Ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and code libraries used in development

  • The right to reuse general techniques and methodologies

7.3 Third-Party Assets

Some projects may include:

  • Premium fonts, stock images, or plugins requiring separate licenses

  • Open-source software subject to their respective licenses

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining these licenses

7.4 Pre-Payment Ownership

Until final payment is received, all work product remains the property of Render Studios.

8. SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE

8.1 Included Support

  • The Launchpad: 30 days of technical support post-launch

  • The Digital Engine: 60 days of technical support post-launch

Support includes:

  • Bug fixes related to our work

  • Technical assistance with website functionality

  • Minor content updates (at our discretion)

Support does NOT include:

  • New feature development

  • Design changes

  • Issues caused by client modifications

  • Third-party service problems

8.2 Post-Support Period

After the included support period:

  • Ongoing maintenance packages available for purchase

  • Hourly support available at $50/hour

9. WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS

9.1 Our Warranties

Render Studios warrants that:

  • Services will be performed in a professional manner

  • Websites will function as described at time of delivery

  • Work will be free from defects in workmanship for 30 days post-delivery

9.2 Disclaimers

Render Studios does NOT warrant:

  • Specific business results, revenue, or conversion rates

  • Website ranking or search engine performance

  • Compatibility with future browser/device updates without maintenance

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation after client modifications

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

10. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

10.1 Content & Materials

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, legal, and non-infringing content

  • Obtaining necessary permissions for images, text, and other materials

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

10.2 Backups

After project delivery, clients are responsible for:

  • Maintaining regular backups of their website

  • Securing their hosting environment

  • Updating plugins and software

10.3 Compliance

Clients must ensure their website complies with:

  • Privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

  • Accessibility standards (if required)

  • Industry-specific regulations

11. CONFIDENTIALITY

11.1 Mutual Confidentiality

Both parties agree to:

  • Keep confidential information private

  • Not disclose sensitive business information to third parties

  • Use confidential information only for the project

11.2 Exceptions

Confidentiality does not apply to:

  • Information that is publicly available

  • Information independently developed

  • Information required to be disclosed by law

12. TERMINATION

12.1 Termination by Client

Clients may terminate services by providing written notice to support@renderstudios.io.

Upon termination:

  • Client is responsible for payment for all work completed

  • Work completed to date will be billed at $50/hour or percentage of fixed price

  • Deposits are non-refundable

12.2 Termination by Render Studios

We may terminate services if:

  • Client breaches these Terms

  • Payment is not received per agreed schedule

  • Client is unresponsive for 30+ days

  • Client requests illegal or unethical work

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • All outstanding invoices become immediately due

  • Client must cease use of any incomplete work

  • Render Studios will provide completed work upon receipt of payment

13. INDEMNIFICATION

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Render Studios from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Content provided by the client

  • Client's use of the delivered website

  • Client's breach of these Terms

  • Client's violation of any laws or third-party rights

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Informal Resolution

Before pursuing legal action, parties agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting support@renderstudios.io.

14.3 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14.4 Small Claims Court

Either party may pursue claims in small claims court if they qualify.

15. GENERAL PROVISIONS

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any project proposals or statements of work, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

15.2 Modifications

Render Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at renderstudios.io/terms-of-service with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

15.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

15.4 Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

15.5 Assignment

Client may not assign these Terms without written consent. Render Studios may assign these Terms to any successor or affiliate.

15.6 Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, etc.).
